Trouble Keeping Up In Vinyasa
Hi guys! So, I've been practicing yoga daily or twice daily at a studio for a few months now, and I've tried almost every style and really enjoy the practice as a whole. I'm able to consistently keep up and successfully get into most of the poses in hatha, ashtanga, yin, and classes that are a mix of vinyasa and yin. However, every time I do a straight vinyasa class, I'm out of breath, constantly need water, and exhausted, while everyone else keeps up just fine. It's like it's my first class all over again, even though I'm pretty active, in shape, and overall consistent with yoga as a whole. Is this anyone else's experience too? How can I work on this?

CAN-BUS diagnostics
Hey it Warren. It’s a 2006 Trailblazer 4.2l stuck in 4low. Midas tested the mechanical parts and said they are good. Same with the alternator and battery. They said they think it’s an issue with the CAN-BUS system. This system handles communication between different control modules without the need for an ecu I think. Not to sure though. Specifically I’m looking for my OBD2 pin out diagram. There are just a lot of different layouts I guess for the trailblazers so I’m trying to find the right one. Again I need to stress to you guys the mechanical parts operate properly. Just no communication between modules on the CAN-BUS. Has anyone had an issue and was able to DIY fix/troubleshoot?Anxiety Effective

Truck wasn't starting, and I diagnosed it to the point where I believe it's the fuel pump. I dropped the tank and removed the fuel pump. In the process I broke 3 screws where the hanger assembly attaches to the tank. I have not been able to get them out. The mating surface is also in bad shape. Other than this area, the tank is in great shape. I wouldn't mind just buying a new tank, but it would probably mean buying a new fuel sender unit as well. I haven't removed it, but I have a feeling if I do, I'll be having the same issue I'm having with the fuel pump hanger. Is it a bad idea to try and remove these screws and continue using this tank? Should i just use some self tapping screws next to the old holes? Hanger assembly did not come with a gasket. Can I use some sort of liquid gasket?
